From Glasgow to Saturn
Winners and shortlisted writers will be published in a special Prizewinners edition of From Glasgow To Saturn in August. FGtS is the online literary magazine run by graduate students in the University of Glasgow's Creative Writing MLitt programme. Founded in 2007, the magazine is named for a collection of poetry by Glasgow's own Edwin Morgan. FGtS aims to publish the best short works by members of the university community.
The Glasgow Student Short Story Prize opens up publication in FGtS for the first time to all undergraduate and postgraduate students across the City of Glasgow.
The Glasgow Student Short Story Prize is excited to invite students from Glasgow's five Universities to take part: Glasgow University, Strathclyde University, Glasgow Caledonian, Glasgow School of Art, and the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama.
